Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. Please be respectful of lakeside neighbors
-If you open it, close it, if you borrow it, return it, if you turn it on, turn it off, if you break it, fix it, if you use it, take care of it, if you make a mess, clean it up, if you move it, put it back. Thank you
-Must wear appropriate personal floatation device while using all provided watercrafts. I provide adult life jackets. Please bring life jackets for children under 90 lbs if they plan on using watercraft.
-Please be aware there is no life guard on the property and swim at your own risk
-Use of hot tub is at guests own risk. Please abide by posted rules.
-Fireworks are NOT allowed to be discharged at our property. There are loons nesting very close to our property as well as neighbors sensitive to loud noises we need to be respectful of.
*Please be mindful of our maximum capacity of 10 persons. Our water supply and septic system is not designed to accommodate more than that. A charge of $100 per guest per night will be charged if that number of guests is exceeded.
*Please be respectful of our cleaning team members turnover time and abide by ALL check out rules. Failure to do so will result in additional charges based on time to complete tasks

Jesse & Mya were absolutely incredible! We booked this trip for a graduation celebration, and it couldn’t have gone better! There was plenty to do, from kayaking, to swimming, to even movie night. Jesse & Mya were incredibly responsive and friendly, making this an all around perfect trip!

This home was beautiful and clean!! It had so many things that most Airbnbs in my experience don’t provide…Like extra papertowels, tp, garbage bags, tide pods…this place felt like home and was so relaxing! Definitely a great place for a family or two/three couples traveling together. The hot tub was so nice and the property is so well taken care of, I would highly recommend!

We could not have picked a better AirBNB to stay at for our honeymoon.
The listing and pictures are spot on to what we experienced. The house was clean and very relaxing, and all instructions were very thorough/things were labeled, making it easy to feel at home with no guess work. It was stocked with all the necessities we could have needed. The home is gorgeous, and while it was just two of us I could easily see a bigger crowd being very comfortable. We made sure to make use of the hot tub almost every day and even gave the kayaks a go. Can’t speak for all year round but we went right before the busy season in Maine and the lake was so peaceful and quiet you could hear a pin drop.
Jesse and Mya were wonderful hosts; helpful and response both before and during our trip.
We’re already talking about coming back for a future anniversary with our kids one day. Thank you for amazing visit to Maine!

Had the absolute best time at this place!! Amazing location on the lake with a stunning view, and the clean/spacious house had such a homey and comfortable feel. The hosts were very communicative and helpful, and overall it was perfect for a relaxing getaway!

Jesse and Mya’s place is amazing! My friends and I stayed for the Millinocket half marathon and the cabin provided everything we needed and more. The cabin is very clean, spacious, warm, and comfortable! The views are beautiful. We’d all love to come back at a warmer time of the year to take advantage of more in the area.
