House rules

Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. Please be respectful of lakeside neighbors -If you open it, close it, if you borrow it, return it, if you turn it on, turn it off, if you break it, fix it, if you use it, take care of it, if you make a mess, clean it up, if you move it, put it back. Thank you -Must wear appropriate personal floatation device while using all provided watercrafts. I provide adult life jackets. Please bring life jackets for children under 90 lbs if they plan on using watercraft. -Please be aware there is no life guard on the property and swim at your own risk -Use of hot tub is at guests own risk. Please abide by posted rules. -Fireworks are NOT allowed to be discharged at our property. There are loons nesting very close to our property as well as neighbors sensitive to loud noises we need to be respectful of. *Please be mindful of our maximum capacity of 16 persons. Our water supply and septic system is not designed to accommodate more than that. A charge of $100 per guest per night will be charged if that number of guests is exceeded. *Please be respectful of our cleaning team members turnover time and abide by ALL check out rules. Failure to do so will result in additional charges based on time to complete tasks

We did our whole Family trip for the first time. We love Maine for summer. Jesse & Mya were gracious hosts. We enjoyed all parts of this home. Private, peaceful and very relaxing. Thank you very much.

Gorgeous house and amazing stay overall. Would definitely do this again and highly recommend. Would have liked some flexibility on an early check in. Kind of a bummer having to wait after such a long trip.
