Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. Please be respectful of lakeside neighbors -If you open it, close it, if you borrow it, return it, if you turn it on, turn it off, if you break it, fix it, if you use it, take care of it, if you make a mess, clean it up, if you move it, put it back. Thank you -Must wear appropriate personal floatation device while using all provided watercrafts. I provide adult life jackets. Please bring life jackets for children under 90 lbs if they plan on using watercraft. -Please be aware there is no life guard on the property and swim at your own risk -Fireworks are NOT allowed to be discharged at our property. There are loons nesting very close to our property as well as neighbors sensitive to loud noises we need to be respectful of. *Please be mindful of our maximum capacity of 6 persons. Our water supply and septic system is not designed to accommodate more than that. A charge of $100 per guest per night will be charged if that number of guests is exceeded. *Please be respectful of our cleaning team members turnover time and abide by ALL check out rules. Failure to do so will result in additional charges based on time to complete tasks

We booked Jesse’s house the day of our arrival and it did not disappoint! We only stayed one night, but it was clean and had all the amenities you could think of .. we went out on the water to canoe and kayak in the morning. The kids had a great time - thank you!

We loved every minute of our stay at Jesse & Maya’s beautiful cabin. We wish we could have stayed longer. It is so well decorated and clean inside. The cabin is small but they make great use of every part of the space and it feels so open and cozy. The kids loved the forest wall paper and 2 queen bedroom. The beds were are all super comfortable and linens were so soft and comfy. Our favorite part was the pond. The kids used the kayaks every day and we had a friendly family of ducks that ate with us every morning and night. 5 stars for the cabin and 5 bonus stars for the beautiful views and wildlife encounters: we saw a fisher cat, snake, porcupine, ducks, loons, frogs and fish. Would definitely add this cabin to our list of return trips.

Beautiful home created with care and details. We Absolutely loved the comfort of the bed and linens and decor! Ty for being so responsive when I felt lost :-) We needed more days to try out the kayaks/canoes. The kids were bummed. Next time! :-) Tysm for everything!

We absolutely loved our stay at Jesse & Mya’s lake house! From start to finish, communication was prompt, friendly, and thorough. The property itself is idyllic: the dock was perfect for our boys to cast their lines (and catch a few fish of their own!), and the water access right off the yard was exactly as advertised. Inside, the cabin was spotless and stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated the clear quiet-hours policy and found it wonderfully peaceful at night. Thank you, Jesse & Mya, for your warm hospitality and attention to detail. We’d happily stay here again and recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly lake getaway!

Beautiful and peaceful lake home. Our family was so comfortable in the new home on the lake. It was situated close to Bangor and near Acadia National Park. Even though our stay was short, it was so wonderful to come back to this well equipped home. So lovely to drink coffee on the porch and watch the ducklings and listen to the loons. Loved every minute!

Beautiful, serene location and a great cabin. We enjoyed the view, kayaking, and the thoughtful welcome. The cabin is very cute and had everything we needed. Easy to get to local attractions. Would definitely stay here again. Be sure to check out the Williams Family Farm store at the main road.

Stayed for a few nights after a previous Airbnb we had rented fell through. Jesse & Mya accepted our trip and ensured we’d have a check in ready property the same day. The Lake House was the perfect cozy stay! Everything was immaculately clean, easy to use and comfortable. We can’t wait to travel back to Chemo Pond!

We stayed here for the 23rd and 24th of December and were truly delighted by the location as well as by the cleanliness of the cabin. First of all, this airbnb is located on a charming and quiet lot that has stunning views. We loved seeing the Christmas lights play across Chemo pond at night. Secondly, Jesse and Mya - on top of being very responsive hosts - have kept this place immaculately clean and stocked with any amenity one might need. The kitchen, laundry areas and bathrooms were well equipped (but not at all cluttered) and pristine. On the 23rd, we got a lot of snow and noticed someone came to shovel the walkway and plow the driveway. To be candid, it's difficult to find nice lodging in the greater Bangor area - no hate; I'm a local. This cabin was a pleasant surprise. Not only was it nice for Bangor, but it was one of the nicer airbnbs we've stayed at.

Our stay at the Cabin by the lake in Clifton Maine was absolutely magical. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the tranquility and beauty of the surrounding nature. The cabin itself was charming, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts Jesse & Mya's were incredibly welcoming and attentive to every detail, making sure our experience was seamless and enjoyable. They provided ideas for exploring the area but truly the hidden gem was the cabin. One of our highlights over the thanksgiving holiday was waking up to watch the ducks come feed by the shore while enjoying our morning coffee. Watching the sun rise in the morning on the deck overlooking the lake was heaven. The peace and serenity of this place were truly rejuvenating. WE highly recommend the Cabin by they lake for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and reconnect with nature.
