Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. Please be respectful of lakeside neighbors
-If you open it, close it, if you borrow it, return it, if you turn it on, turn it off, if you break it, fix it, if you use it, take care of it, if you make a mess, clean it up, if you move it, put it back. Thank you
-Must wear appropriate personal floatation device while using all provided watercrafts. I provide adult life jackets. Please bring life jackets for children under 90 lbs if they plan on using watercraft.
-Please be aware there is no life guard on the property and swim at your own risk
-Fireworks are NOT allowed to be discharged at our property. There are loons nesting very close to our property as well as neighbors sensitive to loud noises we need to be respectful of.
*Please be mindful of our maximum capacity of 6 persons. Our water supply and septic system is not designed to accommodate more than that. A charge of $100 per guest per night will be charged if that number of guests is exceeded.
*Please be respectful of our cleaning team members turnover time and abide by ALL check out rules. Failure to do so will result in additional charges based on time to complete tasks

Just returned from a very peaceful and relaxing trip to Chemo Pond - and this lake house rental was perfect.
The location is a short drive to Bangor/Brewer for all they have to offer and Acadia was an easy trip as well.
Jesse & Mya are excellent hosts. Would highly recommend.

A lovely get-away nestled in the woods on a beautiful lake. The cottage was spotless and very comfortable. The hosts were very responsive to questions and helpful! Highly recommend this Airbnb - we will definitely will come back again!

We had a great stay at the Lake House! The home was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The lake is beautiful and having the fire pit to enjoy in the evening was very nice. Jesse / Mya were very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend the house

We booked Jesse’s house the day of our arrival and it did not disappoint! We only stayed one night, but it was clean and had all the amenities you could think of .. we went out on the water to canoe and kayak in the morning. The kids had a great time - thank you!

We loved every minute of our stay at Jesse & Maya’s beautiful cabin. We wish we could have stayed longer. It is so well decorated and clean inside. The cabin is small but they make great use of every part of the space and it feels so open and cozy. The kids loved the forest wall paper and 2 queen bedroom. The beds were are all super comfortable and linens were so soft and comfy. Our favorite part was the pond. The kids used the kayaks every day and we had a friendly family of ducks that ate with us every morning and night. 5 stars for the cabin and 5 bonus stars for the beautiful views and wildlife encounters: we saw a fisher cat, snake, porcupine, ducks, loons, frogs and fish. Would definitely add this cabin to our list of return trips.

Beautiful home created with care and details. We Absolutely loved the comfort of the bed and linens and decor! Ty for being so responsive when I felt lost :-) We needed more days to try out the kayaks/canoes. The kids were bummed. Next time! :-)
